Our Company History
Pressure Control Valves and Dairy Waste Management
In 1986, Jim Glodowski founded the Navigator Valve in an endeavor to ease the heavy workload found in the fields. Unlike the overused butterfly valve, Jim sought to create a perfect valve that offered better aid to farmers. The Navigator Valve is the ideal valve to assist in waste and water management.
The success the valve has seen has surpassed Jim’s expectations and those of the farmers around the valley. The efficiency of the valve has extended to places like Wisconsin and Canada, resulting in over 150 active dealers for the company.
In 2006, Jim’s son, Dan Glodowski, purchased the company and used the knowledge from his father to continue the success of the Navigator Valve. Following in his father’s path of being a great inventor, Dan created The Kleat, The End Cap Retainer, The Pipe Turner, The Poly Ex, The ‘T’ Out, and will keep inventing and finding ways to help his clients get the best quality product and the best service the company has to offer.
2025 marked 40 years of water and waste management from the Navigator
