Pressure Control Valves and Dairy Waste Management

HISTORY OF THE COMPANY

The Navigator Valve was founded by Jim Glodowski in 1986 to help farmers ease the heavy workload found on the fields. Jim decided to create a valve that would offer better service to the farmer than the overused Butterfly Valve. Jim worked hard to develop and invent what we now know as the Navigator Valve. The perfect companion to any waste management system. The success the valve has seen surpassed Jim's expectations and the expectations of the farmers around the valley. The efficiency of the valve has reached places like Wisconsin and Canada and has given the company over 150 active dealers.

The success of the company was passed on to a new family member when Dan Glodowski, Jim's son, decided to purchase the company in 2006. Dan learned what needed to be learned from his father and has kept the company moving forward since the first day he became owner. A great inventor like his father, Dan invented The Kleat, The End Cap Retainer, The Pipe Turner, The Poly Ex, The 'T' Out, and will keep inventing and finding ways to help his clients get the best quality product and the best service the company has to offer.
